On May 21, 2020, the Institute of Higher Studies in Administration (IESA), one of the most important business schools in Latin America, held the webinar “Digital Resilience: Key Strategies to Survive and Succeed in the New Normal.” The event brought together a group of experts in technology and digital transformation, including Ruben Dario Diaz (Consultant in Digital Transformation and Innovation, professor at the IESA Center for Management and Leadership), Juan Ernesto Aguilera Franceschi (CEO of eSource Capital INC Mexico), Jose Manuel Nagel (CEO of Intelligis Group in Panama), and Felipe Pavel Araya Garcia (CEO and Founder of SIMA Technologies in Chile)
For 90 minutes, they discussed the possibilities offered by digital technologies, not only to create new business or product opportunities but also on how to digitalize business operations and processes. This digital transformation will enable companies to operate more agilely and effectively in the future.
